Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

• You confirm that you are at least 16 years old; if you are under 18, you use the Service and make any purchase under the consent and guidance of your parent or guardian;
• You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms (minors with guardian consent or authorization);
• You have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms (notice of material changes is described in Section 15).

2. The Service

2.1 The Service is a cloud RSS reading service, including: feed management, categories and favorites, the web console (status and feed management), synced reading through the x6o4 Reader Android app, a reader page for Kindle-class e-reader browsers, an AI skill data API, and a WeChat mini program (trial check-in and feed submission).

2.2 The Service is digital; nothing is physically shipped: after a pass purchase, access is activated automatically once the payment result is confirmed (usually within seconds; some payment methods can take a few minutes). There is no delivery, logistics or receipt step.

2.3 The Service's server side does not rely on any third-party AI model, and we do not sell AI-generated content. The "AI skill data API" lets you authorize tools of your own choosing (for example an AI agent running on your own machine) to read your own account data with a personal access token; the behavior of such tools and the data processing they perform are governed by the agreement between you and that tool's provider, not with us.

3. Accounts

• Registration requires a valid email address and a password meeting our strength rules; you are responsible for activity under your account;
• Do not share your account or credentials; if you discover unauthorized use, contact us immediately at the email in Section 16;
• Feed URLs you add or submit through the mini program must be ones you are entitled to submit and lawful (see Section 10).

4. Billing Model: One-Time Passes

4.1 The web is billed with one-time passes: 30-day pass $2.99, 365-day pass $29.90 (USD). Prices are as displayed on the pricing page and at checkout; for WeChat Pay, amounts are converted to CNY at the daily rate (with roughly a 2-4% conversion fee) and the checkout page shows the exact amount.

4.2 One-time purchase, no auto-renewal: each purchase is charged exactly once. We never charge or renew automatically when a pass expires; buy again yourself if you want to continue.

4.3 Stacking: if you buy again while your current entitlement has not expired, the new duration starts at the current expiry time (repeated purchases stack); after expiry, a new purchase starts at the time of purchase.

4.4 Passes are bound to your account, work across web, app and e-reader, and are not transferable.

4.5 On Android you may alternatively subscribe monthly / yearly via Google Play; billing, cancellation and refunds for that channel follow Google Play policies. Sections 6 and 7 apply to web passes.

5. Payment Authorization

• Each purchase is a separate, one-time payment authorization for the amount shown at checkout; there is no recurring billing authorization of any kind;
• Displayed prices are net of tax; applicable taxes and payment fees (if any) are itemized at checkout;
• Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake (PCI-DSS compliant): payment card data is handled exclusively by them and is never stored on our servers.

6. Pass Term and Cancellation

• A pass runs from activation (or its stacking baseline, Section 4.3) for the purchased duration and simply ends at expiry; remaining time is not carried over or redeemed for cash;
• There is no periodic subscription, so there is nothing to "cancel": doing nothing never produces a further charge;
• You may request account deletion at any time via the email in Section 16; after deletion, account data is handled per Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Passes are digital goods activated immediately and are generally non-refundable except as set out in this Section.

7.2 Full refund applies when: the same transaction was charged twice; or within 7 days of purchase and you have not materially used the entitlement (judged from sign-in, sync and reading records).

7.3 Outage compensation: for a verified continuous outage of 72 hours or more (while a pass is active), you may choose a pro-rata refund of remaining days, or a free extension of equal length.

7.4 Statutory rights: statutory withdrawal rights of EU / UK consumers are unaffected. Where digital content is supplied after your express consent, you acknowledge immediate delivery and waive the withdrawal right — confirming payment at checkout constitutes that consent.

7.5 How to apply: email us (Section 16) with your Waffo receipt or transaction ID; once confirmed we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days; arrival time depends on the payment channel.

7.6 Not refundable: time already materially used; accounts terminated for breach (Section 13.2); purchases made via Google Play (governed by Google Play policies).

8. Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge, contact us first by email (Section 16) with the transaction ID and a description. We commit to replying within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days. Contacting us before initiating a chargeback usually resolves things faster; for chargebacks on charges verified as legitimate, we reserve the right to terminate the related account.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

• RSS content shown through the Service (articles, images) belongs to its original authors or sources; the Service only syncs and displays it and does not change ownership;
• You grant us the technical license strictly necessary to provide the Service: fetching, caching, storing and processing the feeds you add and their content, in order to sync and display them to you; after you delete a feed or your account, that data is handled per the Privacy Policy;
• Feed URLs you add or submit must be ones you are entitled to submit and must not violate Section 10;
• The Service's software, interface, brand (x6o4, RSS Cloud) and documentation belong to the Operator; they may not be copied, sublicensed or resold without written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you must not:

• violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others (including copyright);
• distribute malware, phishing pages or other unlawful or harmful material through submissions, feeds or the API;
• bypass or attempt to bypass entitlement checks, rate limits, sessions or access controls;
• share, sell or transfer accounts; use personal access tokens beyond their granted scope;
• scrape data beyond what the API allows, or place unreasonable load on the Service;
• use the Service as the basis for reselling access to third parties.

11. Data Privacy and Security

We process your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy (https://rss-cloud.x6o4.com/privacy). Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant processor Waffo Pancake and is never stored on our servers. After account deletion, account data is kept for 30 days and then deleted or anonymized (unless the law requires otherwise).

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; RSS content is produced and maintained by third-party websites, and we make no warranties as to its accuracy, legality or availability — feed outages, delays or content changes are not a breach by us.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses; our total liability to you is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero for users who have not paid).

12.3 Nothing in this Section excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Term and Termination

• When a pass expires and no other valid entitlement remains, the Service ends for you; your data is handled per the retention periods in the Privacy Policy;
• If you materially breach these Terms (especially Section 10), engage in fraud, or the law requires it, we may suspend or terminate your account; for minor issues we will email a warning with a reasonable cure period first;
• If we terminate the Service other than for your breach, we refund the unused full days pro rata;
• You may stop using the Service at any time, or request account deletion per Section 6.3.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan);
• Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails within 30 days of one party's written notice, either party may bring the matter before the competent people's court at the Operator's location.

15. General

• We may update these Terms; material changes are emailed to your registered address at least 14 days in advance, and the version and effective date on this page are updated;
• If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force;
• These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and replace all prior oral or written agreements.
